What is GDPR?
GDPR stands for The General Data Protection Regulation. This is a new law designed to give you more control over how companies collect and use your personal data.
Do I need to do anything?
Our new policies will take effect on the 25th May 2018.
What data do you hold?
We will generally hold your name, CV, address, mobile number and email. However, this may differ depending on what process you are involved with i.e. interim or contract work work.
What do you do with my data?
Oliver Sanderson PLC will use your data to find you a new permanent role, interim assignment or contract.
Do you share my data with anyone else?
Depending on what capacity you are engaged with us, i.e. interim or contract work, we may pass your details to third parties including our payment service or HMRC. We will only ever share your data in line with our work finding services and we will never share your data without gaining your consent first. Full details can be found in our privacy policy.
How long will you keep my data for?
We will keep your data for as long as legally required and depending on your relationship with us. If we do not have contact with you for more than 3 years you will be contacted to seek further consent. For full details please see our privacy policy.
What do I do if I want you to delete my data?
If your circumstances change and you decide that you no longer need to have contact with us, you can request us delete your record at any time by contracting us at GDPR@oliversanderson.com or by updating your details on our Marketing Preference page, by clicking here.

If you no longer wish to receive sector news and updates from us you can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by contacting us at GDPR@oliversanderson.com or follow the unsubscribe link on the email shot and update your preferences.
